Always great pizza. We do carry out and it is ready on time. One of our favorite pizza places.

The pizza is great! I tried the salad for the first time tonight... the tomatoes were mushy, the lettuce was brown and yellow. I threw half the salad away😞. Soo dissatisfied because the picture looked so good!

Pizza was above average but the service seemed lacking. I ordered a large pizza and asked for peppers and dude grabs 2 small packets of peppers.. uhh.. i have a large pizza.. 2 tiny packets only good for 1 maybe 2 slice.. so I asked again letting him know I'm feeding my crew at work... and he gives me 2 more dinky tiny packets.. and his demeanor was an unwelcoming one. Bro! Does those pepper really cost that much that you'll be so stingy and wont give enough. I gave up and walked away. I was hesitsting on trying this spot but.. then this happened. and probably wont be coming back.. sorry.

15 people in the restaurant and nobody could take the order in 20 minutes that we were waiting for, the worst attention.

They catered an event I attended and their pizza was phenomenal. I usually don't rave about pizza but this one knocked it out of the ballpark. And, in this particular event, the owner of the franchise delivered the pizza herself. She went over and beyond the call of duty and provided excellent customer service. This particular Marco's has a client for life. I highly recommend it.

A really good chain restaurant for pizza. I prefer them to most of the others. They are close to the house and the service and food are always good. I have yet to have a bad/experience with them. There pizza is similar to a New Jersey style pizza.

Received a VIP coupon this week. Debated to use it. The last 3x I have ordered pizza from Marcos, my heart was broken not once, but all three times. I order on-line and by phone, but the past 3x our pizza was missing the wonderful sprinkles of cheese that I requested. So much to my dismay, we have been ordering elsewhere, but I wanted to give it a go because I do prefer Marco's Pizza. Saturday night, put in an order after 9p.m., used the VIP coupon and everything was INCREDIBLE. The sauce, the toppings, quality. And, our crust had the wonderful sprinkles of cheese and it was perfect again. Everything is right in the world again. Will see how things go next time. Thank you Jon Brewster and Marco's staff.

Moved in the area not too long ago and this place is close, so gave it a try and haven’t ordered from anywhere else for pizza ever since! Delivery has been exceptional! The pizza has always been delicious and hot! The crust is absolutely fantastic. My hubs and I find it bittersweet we found this place because now we probably eat too much pizza haha. Really happy we found it! Employees have always been nice as well which is always a plus.

My family loves Marcos pizza. We moved to Leander 3 years ago and this became our weekly pizza place. We usually get delivery and pizza is always hot, fresh and arrives in a timely matter. If you sign up for rewards points they definitely add up to amazing savings too. Delivery drivers are super friendly and professional. Food is all amazing including the cinnamon squares for desert. Highly recommend!

*New to the area so wasnt sure how accurate the phone order representative was. who knew when I was told my pizza would be ready in 15min it would actually take closer to 40min. It was busy so its to be expected just be honest so we dont waste our time waiting.*Small parking lot can be tight to maneuver and has limited spaces as its shared with many other businesses and a cross fit gym.*Staff is friendly and makes effort to accommodate its patrons.

Visited Marco's for the first time today. Went to pick up my pizza and they applied a coupon to my order that I didn't notice on the website that took several dollars off the price. Also, they realized the first pizza had the wrong crust so they made a second and I got the other free. All this is to say, from my first impression, this place seems to care about customer experience and getting things right. I'll remember that the next time I'm trying to decide where to order from.

While the pizza is made hot and fresh when it says it will be ready, the restaurant seems to operate against good safety standards that endanger both their customers and their employees. There was not a single employee wearing a mask and it is not uncommon for employees to greet you, handle your money and go back to the pizza line seemingly without washing their hands. During this pandemic, it is absolutely important that every single safe protocol be followed, even if it is considered too much. Because the best way we can fight this is by doing what we all should do to ensure the safety of our community.Stay safe.

I love Marco's, except for their mushrooms. I wish they had a fresh mushroom option. I dont knowing they are sauteed or canned but they don't do well on the pizza.

Ordered two meatball bakes for delivery and they arrived not even fully made, looks almost like somebody ate off of ot, when I called in the only thing they offered me was to remake them but only if I drove over there to bring the two bales back

Called this evening for pizza delivery. I had to repeat my phone number 3 times very slow and the guy taking the order could not repeat it back to me correctly. I then had to repeat my address 3 times, spell it, and he still couldn’t get it right. I even asked the guy if he is joking around. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. Hung up and now posting this. I can tell you with service this bad, this place will not be open long. Need to train employees on answering the phone and paying attention. Will never order from here again.

It's convenient to where I live and the owner and all of the staff are very professional. Their Pizza is always consistent and they have other things if you don't want pizza. Right now it's the number-two franchise by Forbes Magazine

Great tasting Pizza and amazing customer service experience. We are regular customers and each time their pizzas tasted exceptional. They make damn good pizza in this neighborhood and the owner is amazing, he listens to your concerns and takes care of them. If you feel something is wrong , please feel free to reach out to the store manager or the owner. This will be our go to pizza spot for many years to come. Thank you for great pizza guys.

The CEO/FOUNDER can’t even identify the toppings as seen on undercover boss tv show. I got a very greasy pizza delivered and later sent them an email about it. The franchise owner blamed me for the problem and refused to correct anything. That was years ago and the last time for me.

Probably my favorite chain pizza place, Marco's is noticeably better than most of the other pizza delivery places around me. I've never had a bad experience with this location but it probably bears mentioning that their website is pretty bare bones.
